We tailor our services to collaborate with governing bodies such as Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) local authorities to assist and bolster all facets of the care system. Our services aim to ensure that interventions are best value wherever feasible while ensuring full support for care settings, providing them with the necessary services they require. We have carried out more than 400 1-1 reviews and follow up assessments and made enormous strides by prioritising crucial resources and helping to allocate them based upon evidence based need.
We have also identified and addressed issues such as lack of or poor quality documentation, inappropriate use of restrictive interventions, lack of Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) developed a dedicated risk assessment tool for sexual violence amongst older people.
